It’s Monday again. You told yourself last week that you would start back on your healthy lifestyle today. But, you are tired from the weekend, aren’t you? So, now you are thinking that maybe you will start next Monday? Problem is.. that turns into the next Monday and then the Monday after that! When does it stop? Does it stop when you have to buy bigger clothes? Does it stop when you go to the doctor and they tell you it’s time to start living healthier?
Start today with this really simple step. Next time you are at the grocery store, pick up a few healthy items for the week. Buy some fresh fruit or some vegetables. To make it even easier for you, try cutting up the vegetables for dinner ahead of time. You may even want to cook tomorrow’s dinner tonight! Find one day a week to prepare as much as possible. Then the rest of the week you can just grab and go! ~ Steph Woods
