Hi Everyone –Just wanted to update you regarding Sunday’s Public Enemy 5K.
1) Early registration at only $20 will remain open until Friday at 11 am. Event day is $30.

2) Please take advantage of the EARLY packet pickup if you can. We have a LOT of activities
planned for Sunday’s race so your early pickup will help the event run smoother. You can also
pick up packets for other people. If you pick up your packet, you do NOT need to check in on
Sunday morning. Packet pickup times are as follows:
Friday, 5:30 – 6:30 PM, Dillinger Museum, Ground Floor of Old Courthouse, use North entrance.
Packet pickup is free. Drinks cheese & crackers will also be served.
The Museum will be open as well. $4 entry or $10 for entry plus Dillinger Scavenger Hunt.

Saturday, 4:30 – 5:30 PM, Cafe Fresco, 1 N. Court, Crown Point.
3) On Sunday morning, please park by the Grandstand if you can. Please avoid parking on the 
side of any roads as we want to keep the course clear of any vehicles.
4) Please bring extra money for our vendors (the K-9 units, etc) & plan to spend some time
after the race looking at all the police related exhibits.
5) Timeline:
7:00 am – 7::40 am – Registration/sign in
7:15 am – Police helicopter lands (weather permitting)
7:40 am – Officer Josleyn’s son Trent sings Amazing Grace followed by Flag presentation & the
National Anthem.
8:00 am – Race starts.
After the race: Food & refreshments from Carriage Court Pizza, a free beer from 95ate5 Brew Pub,
Costume contests, Police K-9 demonstrations, a tommy gun used by Dillinger in his Crown Point
Jail escape, & the NWI Regional SWAT Team.
Race Awards will be given approximately 30 minutes after the last finisher.
