Join us for the Hometown 
Hocus Pocus Market inside the Industrial Building of the Lake County Fairgrounds. Shop unique artisan vendors & handcrafted items. Enjoy amazing foods, craft drinks, live music, bounce houses & MORE! $5 entry. Kids 12 & under & US Veterans free.
Our Goal: To support small, local businesses while giving our guests a unique shopping experience.
Timeline – Friday, October 30th, 5-9 pm
5:00 – 9:00 pm Market begins in Industrial Bldg
5:00 – 7:00 pm – Trick or Treating among the vendors
5:30 – 8:00 pm – Hay rides on south end of Market
5:30 – 8:30 pm – Live music with Amy Hicks Duo
6:00 pm – Hocus Pocus 5K/2K starts.
6:30 – 8:30 pm – Sanderson Sisters & KPop Demon Hunters
7:00 pm – KPop Demon Hunters perform!
8:00 pm – Sanderson Sisters perform!
Timeline – Saturday, October 31st, 9 am – 2 pm
9:00 am – Doors open!
9:30 am – 11:30 am – Trick or Treating among the vendors
9:30 am – 1:30 pm – Live music with Andre Detti & wagon rides
11:30 am – 1:30 pm – Sanderson Sisters & KPop Demon Hunters
11:30 am, – KPop Demon Hunters perform!
12 Noon – 2:00 pm: Live music with John Fister
1:00 pm – Sanderson Sisters perform!
Witches in the Woods 5K/2K

The “Witches in the Woods” is now the Hocus Pocus 5K. Along with the witches & ghouls on the course, the Sanderson Sisters are flying in to add their own spooky fun. Entry includes:
- Finisher Medals for FIRST 300 to sign up!
- Night time race through the trees & along the roads of the
Fairgrounds at night! Please bring flashlights or headlamps. - FREE entry ($5 value) into the Hometown Hocus Pocus Market
- Awards for Top Overall & Top 3 Finishers in each age group
- “Best Costume” Prizes.
Timeline:
4:30-5:30p – Sign-in/Registration
5:40 pm – Costume Contests & National Anthem
6:00 pm – Race starts.
After the Race: Race Awards presented at the Market
Cost: 5K: $30 for adults, Non-timed 3K & Kids 3-12: $20. Under 3 are free. Shirts extra $16 thru Sunday, Oct. 18th. A limited number of shirts may be available after the race.
Packet Pickup: Thursday, Oct. 29th, 10 am – 6 om, Extra Mile Fitness, 418 N. Main, Crown Point. Race day: starting at 5 pm in the 4H Building
Please note: No refunds will be given due to weather or for any other reason. You also can NOT transfer your registration after October 1st.
